Buying a Home at Mr. C Residences Dubai Can Earn You a Golden Visa

Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani’s 71-story tower in Downtown Dubai introduces two collections of residences—Signature and Nobile—and even offers buyers a path to the city’s coveted Golden Visa.

Following the sold-out debut of the Mr. C Residences in Jumeirah, a new project developed by ALTA Real Estate—in collaboration with fourth-generation family members Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani—is now taking shape in Downtown Dubai. The 71-story tower channels modern European elegance, with Arquitectonica handling the architecture and 1508 London overseeing the interiors.

The residences are split between two offerings: the Signature Collection, comprising two- and three-bedroom apartments, and the Nobile Collection, an exclusive group of 22 half-floor homes decked out with Calacatta marble, Loro Piana fabrics, Gaggenau kitchens, and custom chandeliers. Expansive terraces open to sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa, downtown skyline, and Arabian Sea.

Each Nobile residence will feel more like a private home than a high-rise apartment, with great rooms flowing into formal dining areas framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, and primary suites created to serve as a calm retreat, complete with a freestanding tub, Italian vanity, and glass-enclosed rain shower. The palette—natural stone, warm wood, and polished metal—balances contemporary minimalism with classic refinement.

Prices start around $2.2 million for the Signature Collection and rise to roughly $8 million for the larger four-bedroom residences. Making the new tower even more attractive to foreign buyers, a 5 percent deposit qualifies for application to Dubai’s Golden Visa program, and buyers can opt into a 40/60 payment plan that runs through the tower’s scheduled 2027 completion.

“Dubai offers a unique blend of world-class infrastructure, tax efficiency, safety, and an unmatched lifestyle,” says Andrew Cummings, Head of Savills Middle East. “It’s a city that constantly reinvents itself, attracting global citizens who value innovation, connectivity, and opportunity.” He adds that branded residences like Mr. C are reshaping buyer expectations. “Clients are looking for more than just a property—they want a lifestyle that’s curated, serviced, and aligned with a trusted global brand. These residences offer design consistency, elevated service, and resale confidence, which really resonates with buyers, particularly in a cosmopolitan market like Dubai.”

True to that philosophy, Mr. C Residences Downtown will include a Bellini Bar, rooftop spa, private cinema, residents-only lounges, and round-the-clock hospitality modeled after Ignazio and Maggio’s legendary service ethos. As Cummings puts it, “The vision was to create a sanctuary in the heart of the city, blending old-world charm with modern sophistication. Every detail—from the architecture to the finishes—embodies that heritage.”
